Code of Conduct for Students of the The Wright Clay Studio
Students must respect space, signage, tools, equipment and others while in the studio. Continuation of disrespect will result in dismissal.
Students that are Minors may not leave the property unless independent check out has been agreed between The Wright Clay Studio and Guardian.
If Guardian fails to pick up a student that is a Minor, Additional Adult contact will be notified. If secondary adult cannot be reached then authorities will be notified and deemed responsible.
Photos and videos will be taken of student and their work used for promotional and educational uses. If Student would like their likeness NOT be used please contact studio.
Food allergies should be brought to the attention of the Studio. No outside food should be shared between students that are minors.
Acknowledgment that The Wright Clay Studio is a professional art making space and may display/contain images used for art education and technical advancement. These images may contain nudity and mature content.
Student Acknowledges that there are risks and hazards associated with materials, equipment and activities and that all risk cannot be prevented. These risks and hazards that can result in injury, allergic reaction, property damage and death. The student understands these risks and does not hold The Wright Clay Studio accountable for such.
For any medical emergency The Wright Clay Studio will first call 911, then call the adult contacts. Should Student require emergency medical treatment as a result of accident or illness during time at the studio, student consents to such treatment. The Instructor will use their best efforts to protect the well being and safety of student.
Notification to The Studio of any concerning medical condition will be made prior to the start of class or camp.
The Wight Clay Studio is a private instructional space and has the authority to dismiss and discontinue class with any student at any time for any reason.
A refund is not available for any dismissal or violation of agreement to this code of conduct.
